To Have and To Hold Magazine

Posted by Nonsuch Mansion

A wedding held at Nonsuch Mansion is featured in the current issue of To Have and To Hold Magazine. Louise and Carl’s big day was capture by Jo Hughes of!to-have-and-to-hold-sept-oct-2013/cbvf

Wedding Dress: San Patrick – Bridal gallery shop in Ealing. Agata and her team were fantastic.

Shoes: I am a huge LK Bennet fan the shoes were taupe patent peep toe.

Make up & Hair: Stephanie Dorelli from Beauty Call, Steph was brilliant and a real calming influence on the day.

Flowers: Lucy Houldsorth flowers, Lucy was absolutely fabulous.

Venue: Nonsuch Mansion – Cheam, Surrey
The venue is set within Nonsuch Park which is very special to me we spent a lot of time there as a family in the the park. My late father particularly liked the park and my grandparents had their first kiss their many years ago so it seemed fitting to have this venue for our wedding day.

Theme: I love crisp white and green, which was my colour theme for the day. Also I am petite and my bridesmaids are all tall so for fear of being towered over I opted for Grecian style bridesmaid dresses so I could put them in flat sandals and I wore high heels to even out the height difference.

Favours: Haribo rings within a ring box as Carl proposed with a Haribo ring… as he knew I wanted to help design my own engagement ring.

All ran very smoothly on the day, Bovingdons (the team who run weddings at Nonsuch) did an amazing job. Could not be more pleased with the service they provided.

Photography: Jo from Captive Photography was fantastic… we are so thrilled with our pictures from the day. Jo just slots in at your wedding like a guest and manages to capture very natural shots. My husband and I are so happy that we met Jp and that she was our wedding photographer.
