Christmas Menu Sneaky Peak…

It might have been the hottest day of the year yesterday but our minds have turned to the cold season. If you are already busy looking for a Christmas party venue in Surrey, look no further. Idea 1: Traditional seated banquet feast with three courses of absolutely delicious food to delight your guests.

Seasonal Game terrine, apple and juniper chutney with toasted brioche
Cauliflower soup infused with cumin and finished with crumbled stilton
Roasted pumpkin and thyme soup with gruyere croutons
Warm goat’s cheese and cranberry torte with winter leaf salad
Smoked salmon bruschetta, celeriac remoulade and beetroot crème fraiche
Smoked fish tian with horseradish cream

Traditional Norfolk turkey with roasted potatoes and all the trimmings
Lemon and thyme infused chicken breast, crisp potato cake, buttered Savoy, baby carrots and wild mushroom sauce
Seared fillet of fresh Scottish salmon on lemon and dill risotto with wilted spinach
“Six hour” slow roasted belly of pork mustard mash and winter vegetables
