Thank you! Where do I start…

Posted by Nonsuch Mansion

Dear Lucy, Helen, Grace

Where do I start to thank the people who made all my dreams come true?
Right from our first viewing we fell in love, not just with the Mansion itself but with the staff also. Everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming and most of all relaxed.

As you know all too well weddings can be very stressful for brides to be and even on our first experience at the Mansion all my questions and queries were answered like nothing was to much bother or hassle and it filled me with so much joy that our search for the perfect place could stop at our first and only venue viewing and choice.

This manner continued as the 18 months of planning got underway with endless emails and phone calls of which sometimes seemed like the most silly and pointless questions to us but not to you….again nothing was too much bother or hassle with great advice and help always being offered. The professionalism within the Mansion and love of your work was always clear to see for Tom and I, which was very calming at times that could of be very stressful.
On the days leading up the wedding I visited the Mansion on few occasions and each time the stress and worry I was feeling about the day seemed to disappear completely…just like magic. You always put my mind at rest going above and beyond to make sure I was calm and relaxed in the thought that everything was in hand and was already sorted.
When I arrived at Nonsuch on the wedding day all the preparations were already underway as I was greeted by Lucy. The Mansion looked absolutely stunning and completely took my breath away…(probably not the best idea for an already light headed bride). The morning flew by so quickly as I knew it would while all the time we were offered any help and support necessary to take any stress away so we could enjoy ourselves. The rest of the day is kind of a blur and an amazing one at that!! However I do know that it was perfect in every way and was everything I dreamed it would be which is all thanks to all of your hard work.
Everyone on the day and since has commented on how beautiful the Mansion looked, that they have never seen a venue like it. Also I have not stopped hearing about the presentation of the food and how delicious it tasted, all of which I couldn’t agree more!!
You really did go above and beyond to make our planning and wedding day so wonderful. On the months leading up to the wedding Tom and I would often go to Nonsuch and spend the afternoon walking round the grounds and gazing at the Mansion waiting for our big day to arrive imagining what it would be like. I’ve dreamed of my big day since I was a little girl and now when we go to Nonsuch Mansion I won’t have to imagine but will always look and see the place where all my dreams came true!!!
Thank You xxx
